Applicant must have excellent knowledge of Woven garments, with capability to negotiate and communicate directly with overseas clients.Coordinate and liaise with buyers & Factory and work closely with the teams to develop the supplier base.Must be capable of handling foreign buyers of woven products. Applicant must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/ procedure.Liaise with Buyers for all kind requirements –from product concept to point of delivery.Follow up with teams about production details as per order & to ensure timely shipment.Should have sound knowledge in handling various styles and fabrics. Maintain strong business relationship with customers for product development and production.Follow up orders with customers, factory and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.Anticipate problems and contribute ideas to devise constructive solutions.Supervise Merchandising team to manage entire order process to ensure on time customer delivery.Proactively build and maintain team spirit as well as improve teamwork.Resolve conflicts between customer and factory, e.g. delivery /production delayFollow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.Liaison with factory quality control team and solving quality issues to ensure product quality meets required standard.Assist top management in budgetary process, yearly production target and other important issues as and when required.
