Managing SR’s daily order collection & Sales confirmation by mobile apps and ensuring automation for sample given, credit maintenance, trade marketing activities, asset listing & tracking, space management, displaying program implementation and distributor’s stock.
• Providing sales software support for generating different reports on customization, target setup, achievement and comparison
Setting up sales program & communicating it to the sales team.
Preparing distributor’s balance information, MR and providing feedback by SMS automation.
• Solving hardware & Software related problems & trouble shooting for automation.
Increasing accountability of Sales team members by tracking the sales person’s movement and checking visit reports during office hours.
Reducing reporting time by generating real time online reports from the entries of the field based on sales team and ensuring their availability directly in the system. (From both mobile & web)
Minimizing the lead time for product delivery and reducing cost of paper by taking online orders.
Monitoring trade and consumer promotion along with managing sales target on daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Analyzing competitor market share, market size and target location.
Following up on Market return, Sales return, Damage adjustment on a continuous basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
