Responsibility

  • We are looking for honest, bright and dynamic individual for our Consumer Food division for the above position
  • Depot & Dealer Collection & Management
  • Product availability and visibility target achievement
  • Visit different Market/ Area (Agree to 60 % market visit per month)
  • Establishing distribution network in given area
  • Developing effective sales and marketing strategy
  • Achieving sales value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility
  • Submitting daily, weekly and monthly sales report to the concerned HOD
  • Conducting marketing survey and collecting information on competitors
  • Coordinating direct market channel development activities and establishing new distribution channel, market, territory & belt for Achieving sales goal
  • Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly
  • Meeting with retailers & wholesalers on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining relationship, negotiation and closing deals
  • Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustmentDirectly supervising and monitoring the activities of TSO & SR
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
