Responsibility

  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
  • Monitor all operational aspects of the Branch including housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer support.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately of the Branch.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities of the Super Home.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety for the customers and employees.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
