Assist in completing the talent acquisition process according to the requirement of the Dhaka Plant.
Preparing job descriptions, facilitate recruitment assessment program and job interviews.
Educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.).
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Meet the employees on regular basis for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Prepare notes, memos, office orders and other drafts in respect to HR operations.
Organize and maintain the Human Resources filing system; ensures accuracy and completeness of confidentiality on employee records.
Look after the different administrative issues within the plant.
Schedule, plan and coordinate special events of the Human Resources Department (training, meetings, events etc.)
