Ensuring all Drivers, Supervisor, Ticket Sales Executives are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Monitors and evaluates Operations activities. Includes: vehicle on-time statistics, missed runs, customer complaint data, accident data, and other operations related functions
Communicating effectively with passengers and responding to their requirements
Responsible to handle the accident cases with concerned department.
Liaison with related department i.e. police, local authorities etc.
Tracks and maintains employee attendance system, processes driver and operations staff vacation requests. Maintains/orders necessary driver and staff uniforms.
Ensures drivers have the daily documentation necessary to complete their routes. Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff. Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval. Any other task assigned by the Management.
