Responsibility

  • OEM/Partnership Management:
  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnerships with all OEMs
  • Maintains partnership rebates and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business goals and strategy
  • Maintains Compliance Requirements through OEM documentation and Renewals of Contracts
  • Maintains and deepenings relationships with existing partners
  • Maintains co-investment programs with OEMs (EMPM – Microsoft, BDF and MDF – SAP, etc.)
  • Maintains and aligns the Certification/Training for Sales, Presales Teams with help of HR and Team Leads
  • Ensures OEM Portal Management with Security officer or as a Partnership Admin Manager
  • Marketing :
  • Creates GTM plan by aligning with partner business plans and SBU needs
  • Executes the GTM plan through digital and on-premises events, and other tasks according to the GTM plan
  • Ensures proper Digital Marketing Campaigns and PR Release with the collaboration of the PR Manager
  • Develops Content for PR, Social Media Posts, Direct Emails or any other Marketing Materials like Brochure or Banners
  • Reporting:
  • Decides on CRM platform structure and ensures it works seamlessly across each team of the organization
  • Ensures the CRM platform captures all required data accurately at key points in the customer cycle.
  • Creates data collection structures and keeps all sales and operational databases
  • Generates Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales and Operations Reports from CRM and Databases to convey to top management
  • Assists in Budget and Sales Planning through data analysis and forecasts methodologies
  • 4. Sales Support:
  • Supports Sales team in any assigned communication development, Documentation.
  • Assists the Director of Sales to assign and keep client databases for the sales team
  • Helps to align organizational strategy and do analysis on data to propose a strategy for the sales team
  • Process Development:
  • Works with management to develop processes and improves the current processes of the organization.
  • Ensures proper training of the sales and operations team to implement the practices in the organization
  • Website Management:
  • Works with the content development team and website admin to keep the website content updated
  • Assists the PR manager in the creation and updates of the social media accounts
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
