Responsibility

  • Under the supervision of HPMO Perform Project Audit (e.g. Implementation, cost sheet).
  • Communicate all relevant unit and Assist HPMO to take the decision.
  • Organize resource calendar & perform Resource leveling time to time.
  • Assist HPMO to perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Assist to maintain up to date comprehensive project documentation.
  • Assist HPMO on Project Legal and contractual affairs management.
  • Ensure the Projects are on schedule within budget and agreed quality
  • Support Preparing Weekly & Monthly PMO Report
  • Audit appropriate guideline to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Audit appropriate guideline to Measure project performance
  • Track Risk to minimize project risk
  • Identify gaps to improve PMO process productivity
  • Collect report and communicate to meet the deadline.
  • She/he will be based in project office and has to visit field frequently.
  • Monitor and report to HPMO on supply chain management
  • Monitor and report to HPMO on procurement and delivery product
  • Monitor and report to HPMO on Revenue Collection
  • Maintain regular Communication with third parties/vendors and clients
  • Negotiate with client while implementation after implementation.
  • Monitor and validate expense reports and office Petty cash budgets
  • Monitor office supplies and validate new supplies as needed
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Update office Administrative policies as needed
  • Maintain a meeting calendar and schedule appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Qualifications
