Develop new agent relationships adhering with set guidelines of Agent Acquisition and AB Outlet expansion plan.
Responsible for business target (asset & liability) and Agent acquisition in the Division/Districts level.
Direct strategically customer supporting campaign management and marketing operations.
Prospective Agent Banking Outlet locations visit and necessary works as per agent approval process.
Visit Agent Banking Outlets to maintain and manage regular contact with agents and customer to ensure Due Diligence of agent and customer.
Support special project team.
Head responsibility to monitoring Agent Relationship Officers KPIs.
Support team members adequately to accomplish service needs of client.
