Evaluation of design & applying appropriate project management standards.
Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
Managing project risks and the development of contingency plans.
Conducting project evaluation review and final cost checking.
Assist to prepare branch drawings in case of renovation, relocation and new branch establishment.
Manage vendors and Visit branches during construction work to maintain standards.
Prepare yearly work plan and follow up regularly to maintain the time line.
Take approval of drawings of different branches from respective stakeholders and explain the usability of the changes.
Report to respective authority regarding feasibility of new site.
Coordinate with stakeholders for procure and installation of materials for branches by maintaining BBL standard.
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all infrastructural equipment's in a fully controlled environment as per requirement.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements related to the distribution channels.
