Discuss with stakeholders to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and understand specific requirements such as forms of data input, how data will be summarized and used, formats for reports etc.
Capture business and functional requirement and supervise technical staff to create and deliver solutions.
Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on product defects.
Responsible for collaboration with project stakeholder to determine root cause for business problem
Prepare BRS, SRS, etc. business analysis document according to organizational policy.
Develop technical proposals & documentations (i.e. white paper, case study, expertise in specific technology, architecture, etc.) based on R&D.
Create detailed use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
May also need to perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
Maintain up to date technical knowledge.
Sound knowledge in software development lifecycle and methodology.
