In order to manage existing power plants and explore new business opportunities in Bangladesh Lakdhanavi Ltd has set up a branch office in Dhaka, Bangladesh and plans to recruit dynamic professionals for the above position.
Business Development Manager (BDM) should explore and find potential business opportunities, deals, in the Power Sector and other prospective sectors by studying the markets, corporate goals and targets of the Company. He/She should keep close contacts with customer organizations, decision makers, and structure the deals and business transactions to meet the goals of all stakeholders by reviewing priorities, financial options, implementation schedules, and action plans.

Strategist Standard Marketing & Sales Policies.
Review Monthly Sales Target vs. Achievement.
Justify Achievement Variance.
Plan, set and proceed feasible target to achieve within timeline.
Identification development opportunities.

To prepare the MAP (Marketing Action Plan) - 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year and 2 Years.
To ensure effective and efficient management of training room allocating and make the necessary arrangements and communicate to customers on time.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing
Holding an MBA is an advantage.
