  • Respond to clients in social media especially Facebook, receive phone calls, take orders, and keep track of orders.
  • Product promotions through social channels and Facebook Live. Must be capable and willing to promote products & different offers through Facebook Live.
  • Work for increasing sales by ensuring maximum customer support through phone and social media.
  • Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure.
  • Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all our valued customers.
  • Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Call Center, Computer Skill, Customer Care, Customer Service, Front Desk Management, Hotel & Restaurant
  • Experience Requirement
