POSITION SUMMARY: The Communications Officer will be responsible for effectively managing the activity`s information, communication and outreach efforts and delivering a high-quality, results-oriented program focused on children`s` access to formal and informal education and leadership empowerment. The project goal is to to improve the learning outcomes of Bangladeshi children and youth in Bangladesh who have been impacted by the Rohingya crisis by: increasing learning outcomes; improving quality of education, increasing sub-district and community capacity to plan, manage and oversee education; and increasing school capacity to prepare and respond to natural disasters. Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's level degree preferred in communication, marketing, education, international development, political science, or a relevant social science discipline.
