  • As per Occupational safety, Health & Environment work Act 2006 to comply with the requirements of competent person i.e. to have sufficient training, experience and knowledge appropriate to the work requirements.
  • Assist for Planning, Implementation and maintaining QEHS compliance program with legal system, standard, COC and good practice.
  • Develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in according with labor laws, regulations and ensure its implementation.
  • Check workers personal file, Coordinate various committee (Grievance Committee, Participation Committee, disciplinary action file for non-compliance findings;
  • To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & Root cause analysis;
  • Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment/paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/ welfare;
  • Follow-up employee ‘s wellness in the factory based on labor rules, ensuring ethical practice as well as company’s own policy and procedure;
  • Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports and prepare documentation;
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
  • Provide worker training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
  • Understand the function of various parameter of biological ETP, operation, testing parameter, maintenance & calibration of Lab equipment's;
  • Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA in Management or HRM from reputed university
  • PGD Compliance will get more preference
  • Experience Requirement

  • 3 to 7 year(s)
