Directs the selling activities within the Region/Area, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.Responsible for the complete management of sales target and distribution infrastructure / channel for a particular region/area for entire range of products.Leads the Sales Territory executives, sales planning and monitoring Trade sales.Responsible for the Area's forecasting and sales tracking.Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.Responsible for on the job training and development of front line sales force team.Co- ordinates with the Division's head to obtain the necessary support.Confirming to the sales administration procedures.Developing a strong and motivated sales team and good trade relationships.Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.To monitor & control credit line as an account manager.Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
