Responsibility

The Director (Administration) is responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of all units (e.g. Safety & Security Services, Cleaning & Sewerage Services, Food & Beverage Services, Laundry Services, Management of Guest House & Dormitory Services, Management of Licenses, Liaison with Law & Enforcement Authority, Pest Control, Waste Management, Transport Operation & Maintenance, Ground & Gardening, Gymnasium and Fire Safety Services) of the department. S/he is required to keep the CEO updated on issues of his/her department. The incumbent has the primary responsibility of recommending necessary changes on policy issues falling within his/her department and implement changes in a timely fashion. The incumbent is also responsible for coordination/liaison with different departments and outside organizations. S/he is responsible for staff development and management. Also ensure preparation yearly budget of the department and monitoring of appropriate burning

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in relevant discipline from any public university.
