Responsibility

  • Forming strategic partnerships with organizations across industries, establishing localized alliances, ensuring communication & branding of rewards programs.
  • Maintaining liaison with brand alliance partners and regularly collecting data of offer effectiveness.
  • Overseeing My Aarong Rewards & Club Taaga operations and promotional campaigns.
  • Engaging in data mining of customer information to targeted marketing campaigns and ensuring customer data health.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors and assisting to improvise CRM systems.
  • Supervising customer complain resolution & managing overall customer experience.
  • Preparing performance reports, quarterly presentations on campaigns and programme progress.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Marketing/ Economics/ Statistics/ International Business from any reputed university
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 3 year(s)
