To prepare product registration documents (dossiers CTD, ACTD, and others) as per regulatory requirements
To prepare and review the specifications of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
To perform calibration, qualification and validation activities as per instruction of superior boss.
To prepare and check the packing list of products.
To perform the physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, finished products and packaging materials according to established Standard Testing Procedure.
To conduct analysis by a different type of analytical equipment such as FTIR, HPLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Karl fischer titrator, Potentiometric titrator, Dissolution tester etc.
To prepare and standardize all reagents used in the laboratory as required and organize the reagent with proper labeling.
To follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to follow compliances and safety. Look after the overall manufacturing process (dispensing to secondary packaging) of all solid, Liquid and Dry syrup preparation to ensure timely production with compliance.
Maintain cGMP in all operation of the manufacturing steps, cleanliness of production areas, machineries and follow up product & batch changeover procedures.
To prepare and review of GMP documents like SOP, BMR & BPR.
To improve productivity through proper utilization of workforce and machines.
Qualifications
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
