Responsibility

  • Identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
  • Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
  • Processing guest payments.
  • Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
  • Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
  • Manage all communication with guests and ensure satisfaction at time of check out
  • To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives and initiates to boost up the sales.
  • Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Convince to target customers and let them agree to choose our services.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
  • Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Training/Trade Course: Hotel Management
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 1 year(s)
