Ensure accuracy of all bookings. Provide competitive but profitable airfare.
Follow approved policies and procedures. Provide alternatives for customer travel.
Inform clearly all customers of terms, conditions and cancellation policy for each booking. Handle customer complaints with diplomacy. Maintaining a regular record of the transactions made in excel sheet on daily basis.
Generating tickets and sending it to the accounts department for billing. Should have good communication skills in English, both in written & verbal.
Should have experience in handling queries both through calls & emails.
Should have excellent knowledge of routing, current fare rules, and commissions.
