Responsibility

  • Ensure accuracy of all bookings.
  • Provide competitive but profitable airfare.
  • Follow approved policies and procedures.
  • Provide alternatives for customer travel.
  • Inform clearly all customers of terms, conditions and cancellation policy for each booking.
  • Handle customer complaints with diplomacy.
  • Maintaining a regular record of the transactions made in excel sheet on daily basis.
  • Generating tickets and sending it to the accounts department for billing.
  • Should have good communication skills in English, both in written & verbal.
  • Should have experience in handling queries both through calls & emails.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of routing, current fare rules, and commissions.
