Responsibility

  • • Receive phone calls & Complaints through Customer/SR/Channels and respond and keep track of all Complaints, maintain record and database.
  • • Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
  • • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions of required complaints.
  • • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
  • • Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
  • • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
  • • Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Customer Care
