This position is responsible for coordination with ADRA team members, CiC, local authorities and refugees to monitor and maintaining camp infrastructure (care and maintenance and small improvements). This position also responsible for finding out the gaps/needs and overlapping of services and support beneficiaries to their meet their needs. Support the M&E officer and Information management officer to collect accurate information from the field. Assist in quality implementation of care and maintenance activities and site management. The project aims to reduce suffering, maintain human dignity and save lives among conflict-affected Rohingya refugees, particularly the most vulnerable groups.
Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience with graduate/Masters degree.Degree in a field of study that offers a comprehensive view of community organization.Demonstrable experience within Community EngagementKnowledge of national policies and guidance in relation to Community EngagementUnderstanding of and a commitment to equal opportunities and inclusionAbility to communicate and interact appropriately with partners, community and local authorityAbility to multi-task, priorities workload and work on own initiativeCommitment to ADRA's mission, beliefs and core valuesFluency in Bangle, English and local language.Able to undertake travel as required.Police clearance certificates
