  • Representing the front office of the company in professional manner with positive attitude.
  • Being proficient and polite with clients, guests and employees while interacting face to face, over phone or via e-mail.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Handle overall operations of Transportation unit including monitoring and reducing transport cost, organizing routes, making schedules, assigning drivers and vehicles.
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • Monitoring Support Staffs movement.
  • Monitoring all administrative works.
  • Supervising housekeeping and cleanliness of the office environment.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of plumbing, electrification, Generator, Air Conditioning and office renovation.
  • Giving support to HR for scheduling interviews, assessment tests etc.
  • Providing support during different official events.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Experience Requirement
