  • To welcome all visitors, attend to their requirements, providing a courteous service, in order to portray a positive image of the company and respond to all telephone/faxes calls, incoming / outgoing mails
  • Record reservations made for the meeting room and on request make arrangements for seating, food
  • Liaise with designated courier services, collect all airway bills, maintain necessary documentation and cross check against invoice received to ensure accuracy of details
  • Receive of all phone calls with proper manners and forward all incoming and outgoing call as per desire of the caller.
  • Process and keep record of all outgoing and incoming letter/Currier. etc.
  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material. Greeting visitors
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Receive all kinds of bills and take records
  • Handle Management's all letters/documents/guest and visitors
  • Take price quotation from vendors and manage store purchase with record
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Experience Requirement
