Responsibility

  • Engage each customer as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
  • Adhere to all fire and emergency procedures, including procedures for handling of the fire panel, ensuring guest safety.
  • Target customer hunt, fill up the seats.
  • Follow up to all subordinates' daily activities.
  • To manage daily billing and payments.
  • To monitor house keeping department.
  • To ensure satisfactory food for the customers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for the employees.
  • Perform accurate check-in and check-out of customers.
  • Interact with guests.
  • Record and respond to customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate reservation information.
  • Create the SOP and maintain the SOP.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduation from any discipline.
  • University degree will highly preferable in Hospitality Management.
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Service, Front Office, Guest Relation, Housekeeping
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
  • Experience Requirement

  • Candidate will get residential facility from the company, if necessary.
