Ensuring transport staffs deliver the service appropriate to the changing needs of customer in line with relevant guidance.
Monitor and evaluates operation activities, Includes: vehicle on time statistics, missed runs, customer complaint data, accident data and other operations related function.
Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff. Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval. Any other task assigned by the Management.
