  • New Employees Selection and Arrange Training for Skill Development.
  • Make Planning for Service Backup Spare Parts.
  • New Service Center Place Selection, Designing, Making Budget for Decoration and Development.
  • Contractual Technician Selection and Their Service Monitoring.
  • Make Ensure Quality Service System, Quality Man Power, Good Service Environment and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Design strategy and set goals for service revenue growth.
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses against service.
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
  • Oversee day-to-day service operations.
  • Set service related policies and processes.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new service technician & divisional head.
  • Direct the employee performance assessment process.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
