Responsibility

  • Planning, Configuration, Positioning & Cost Benefit Analysis.
  • Provide marketing plan.
  • Arrange all kinds of promotional activities and events.
  • To prepare the short & long time promotional budget according to yearly business target.
  • To keep contact with in house for smooth promotion and follow- up accordingly.
  • To take monthly target & action to achieve it.
  • To prepare Monthly target vs. achievement report on the basis of sales individuals.
  • To monitor sales team and guide them towards meeting/exceeding sales target as well as department objectives.
  • To find out the performance gap of non achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
  • To prepare the sales tools & techniques (training's) and ensure on the job training.
  • To ensure that every sales individual creating their own customer database and thus will create a corporate customer bank.
  • To be responsible for running the overall operations with an emphasis to implement the policy and work program related to Marketing, Sales, Credit Realization, Project Development, Land Procurement, Administration etc.
  • To ensure that every customer service individuals are excellent in telephonic manner & well conversant with the field of customer service.
  • To initiate necessary steps for registration and customers are request to do on time to provide necessary documents.
  • Finally evaluate of customer feedback to understand the customer satisfaction and find out the points where customers are not satisfied and take strong initiative to stop repetition of same error.
  • To prepare and set up the Collection Target for every collection individual for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly according to corporate business plan.
  • To prepare Monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection individuals.
  • To ensure to Updating of collection status and everyday reconciliation with accounts.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters/ MBA from any reputed public or foreign university.
