Build an effective relationship with customers to understand their requirement for developing products and services
Maintain relationship and acquire new business from strategic partners such as trade bodies, business association and communities.
Monitor portfolio performance and take control measures to ensure quality.
Develop and maintain non-financial services such as Advisory Service, Mentoring, SME Linkage, Training and Development for SME clients.
Engage in different digital banking projects and provide necessary assistance from the SME division
