Responsibility

  • To ensure hassle-free customer service associated with the flow of service of indoor & outdoor patients;
  • Supervisory role play in almost every customer service point of the hospitals when and where it is required in the inpatient/outpatient area;
  • Deals patients complaints and provide solutions according to proper guideline of the organization escalate superiors issue to as necessary;
  • Act as point of liaison with other hospital departments into carry out patients' service excellence;
  • Ensure presence at relevant point of customer services at proper time and schedule;
  • Any other responsibilities given by the Management;
  • Qualifications

  • Master's degree in any discipline from a reputed University/Institute;
  • Experience Requirement
