Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Maintaining staff database and generate regular reports.
  • Assist in talent development and management.
  • Assist in employee life cycle management.
  • Assist in Employee exit process.
  • Prepare different memo and departmental documents as per requirement.
  • Digitalize old employee files.
  • Provide support in training, workshops and internal events.
  • Other departmental works as per need.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Skills Required: Communication skill, HR Operations, Knowledge on Recruitment, Time Management skills
