Identify & fulfill manpower as per requirements within stipulated time. Oversee the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments. Formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company and prepare factory for compliance audit by buyers.
Maintain & handle all Investigation related activities and employee grievances. Provide direction for the review of organizational structures, job analysis and job evaluation and effective Talent Management systems. To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit report. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.
Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employees/Workers about labor law, certification as well as buyers requirements (e.g. SA 8000, ISO 9001, Buyers CoC, etc).
Liaison with regulatory bodies & stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases and workers grievance related issues.
Liaison with Government/ Semi Government & Others for maintaining Security & smooth Factory Operation. Provide Planning, Scheduling & Logistic Support both inside & Outside of Factory. Oversee all Administrative activities and expenses as per budget. Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Monitor Floor compliance & hygiene for employees and factory premises as per SOP & Buyer Recommendation.
Regularly make analysis & report to management. Handle all HR, Admin & Compliance related task assigned by the Management.
