Conducting style wise, machine wise, line wise capacity study and prepare section wise production capacity report and Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency.
Train production team on process improvement to reduce cost, waste and rejection.
Work with production for continuous improvement for manufacturing methods, system and controls.
Find out bottleneck and advice solutions to production department.
Must have Knowledge about Lean Management.
Perform on the 5S management system.
Control Excessive overtime , reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management
Develop SMV data bank, Machine layout, Line layout & organize the line setup.
Improve Individual efficiency, productivity, Proper solving method, Reduce line gap, WIP, Bottleneck & line balancing for optimum output.
Recommend the best methods of space, manpower, and material and equipment utilization in production facilities.
Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
Evaluate staff performance, new operator's skill assessment, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career developments and line balancing based on skill matrix.
Other task will be assigned by the Management.
