BLAST works through its Head Office in Dhaka and 25 District-level Offices with 2600+ panel lawyers and 100+partner organizations.
• Job Context: BLAST is looking for a Manager, Programme (SRHR) for its Head Office, Dhaka. The Manager, Programme (SRHR) must be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of work on program management activities. The Manager, Programme (SRHR) will help/assists BLAST`s programme efforts to implement law and policy reform to eliminate gender discriminatory provisions and practices that hinder access to justice for all projects of BLAST victims in Bangladesh.•
Job Location: The Manager, Programme (SRHR will be based in Dhaka but may need to travel to BLAST unit offices for field visits.
Qualifications
Master's degree in law/ social science/ anthropology / development studies / any other relevant discipline with minimum of five years’ experience in development sector.
