Must have the capability to run full departmental operation.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
Must be able to work with attendance & payroll management.
Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
Sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law.
Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security audits.
Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
Maintain all the documents which need to comply with the certification bodies.
Needs to have experience of facing audit with various certification bodies, Like: GOTS,OCS,GRS,OEKO TEX, ISO etc.
