  • Daily absent,present employee report
  • Analysis worker turnover and migration causes
  • Preparing Weekly & monthly migration report
  • To monitor disciplinary and grievance procedures as per prevailing service rules of the company, local law and buyers obligations.
  • Disciplinary practice, Inquiry and settlement control.
  • Fulfill the compliance requirements and take corrective measures as advised by the buyer considering local law.
  • Daily check compliance issues according to buyer requirements.
  • Arranged awareness training for the workers on their legal requirements, wages and benefits, OT calculation system, company's personnel policies, safety, health and hygiene etc.
  • Encourage and motivating workers for better performance and make them understand about
  • importance of factory's rules and regulations, buyer's COC & Country Law.
  • Any other task assigned by the management
  • Qualifications

  • Masters/ MBA (HRM)
  • Candidates having Diploma in PGDPM / PGDHRM from any reputed institute will be given priority.
