Major responsibility is to prepare and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.To check daily attendance and maintain absenteeism record.Prepare daily late attendance list and send mail to respective department head to collect approval.Preparing monthly wages/salary sheet with comparing related records & documents.Preparing Mobile Allowances and TA/DA bill sheet.Maintaining leave records with hard copy of leave form.Review Master Information of personnel on monthly basis and make necessary update, if required.Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.Ensuring the final settlement of resigned employees on time (for both worker and staff)Calculate PF, GF, Tax & other related issues as per necessaryHandling officers' and workers' Database (Personal File Management), Leaves and Attendance Management.Any other task given by HOD.Any work assigned by Management.
