Provide administrative assistance to the honorable Managing Director.
Organize the Director's business meetings, appointments and calendar.
Update all personal and professional calendars with correct schedules and dates for appointments, meetings, events, conferences etc.
Prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
Disburse meeting minute(s), report(s) etc. to the relevant departments as per requirement.
To coordinate with management team, other departments and all wings of the Group as per requirement.
Typing and Filing Documents in a professional manner.
To arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference inside and outside office.
To maintain contacts directory and e-mail correspondence of the Managing Director.
To ensure filing, records and database of personal and business documents of Managing Director.
To liaison with the prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need and create the best work group.
Carry out any other job assigned time to time to the Managing Director.
