  • Overall Front Desk Management.
  • Attending incoming telephone calls, assisting callers, respond to their queries, taking messages, providing information, making community referrals, and transferring calls to desire staff members.
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents to appropriate persons/locations.
  • Maintaining a well structured dispatch system of all official documents and records.
  • Any Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Management team.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate/ B.Com in any discipline from any University.
