Responsibility

  • Create, Implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace, and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the sales strategies and action plans while competing with other market players.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Ensure effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Forecast sales activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer support and demonstrates tenacity when dealing with complex customer situations.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and to monitor the trends.
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Management
  • MBA in Marketing or Masters from any reputed university.
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 10 year(s)
