  • Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the Target.
  • Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
  • Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customers.
  • Carryout responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes!activities.
  • Tracking competitor's movment & analyzing the market.
  • Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
  • Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.
  • The applicants should have potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
  • To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader & other colleagues.
  • Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA/Graduation (in any decipline)
  • Experience Requirement
