Your work will be monthly sales target basis. If you fail to achieve the target company will review your performance.
Contact customers at least one-week and enter the scheduled time in the sales and marketing.
Visit the clients as per the schedule and reach the location before the scheduled time.
Present the sales overview/intro presentation about the hotel.
Prepare the sales kits, brochures, presentation and other necessary hotel information before visit.
Enquire about hotels, volume of room nights, rates and inclusive opted for.
Sales executives shouldn't give any confirmation regarding credit facility/credit limit without approval from authority.
Explain about hotels booker's reward program or loyalty program and provide the necessary information.
Invite the booker for a site visit/hotel visit.
Prepare a detailed report about the sales visit.
Write down the sales visit report/outcome of the visit on to the DMD of the company.
Update the status (open/close/follow-up) of the sales visit on to the DMD of this company.
Pass the expenses and sales call report for the day to DMD or Sales for review.
GIve a copy of sales call report to Finance Manager for review.
