  • Identify marketing needs and launch appropriate strategy & countermeasure to gain & maintain market share of assigned products and / or sub-markets to achieve short to long term marketing objectives
  • Communicate qualitative and quantitative Marketing Plan in alignment with agreed budget focusing Doctors & Pharmacists through appropriate promo matrix including digital marketing & social media management
  • Collaborate with sales team, attend sales & product meetings, periodic market visit and meet sales delivery objectives
  • Obtain & analyze market intel and develop appropriate strategy to maintain &/or gain market share for Omron brand
  • Manage product queries & sales of individual customers or B2B clients directly reaching us
  • Training to sales force members, organize events and represent Omron in external meetings
  • Perform Rolling forecast Monthly / Quarterly Action plans, periodic reporting and creating platform for future launches
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management
  • Qualifications

  • MBA/ MPharm / MBBS from reputed Public / Private University.
  • Experience Requirement
