Responsibility

  • Lead to drive and scale-up Ecommerce Operations.
  • Designed and set up operational processes to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand customer's pain points and design, improve operational process.
  • People Management: Has prior experience and excelled in managing fairly diverse and large teams. Translates corporate business goals into well-defined performance plans for the organization.
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams i.e. finance, IT and marketing etc.
  • Able to identify problems and articulate well enough to drive product improvements.
  • Good at Data Analysis/Metrics, Should be able to make fact based decisions independently.
  • Streamline and automate the last mile and ensure seamless experience for customers.
  • Regular Meeting with outbound logistics to increase the shipment coverage and reduce delivery time.
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce initiatives. Present clear, actionable findings and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Fulfillment center management including compliance and statutory licenses.
  • Verification of documents such as customer invoices, packing list, shipping bill etc.
  • Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert within Aarong for the above mentioned areas.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects / releases / features in parallel.
  • Qualifications

  • MBA Graduate from a reputed university with a go getter attitude (Preferred Supply Chain management / Operations Management).
