The Social Media Analyst should have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate and be familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for online content. Ultimately, the Social Media Analyst should strengthen our online presence and increase our brand awareness through effective social media strategies and campaigns.
Descriptive Analytics: Analysing Data (Instagram likes, engagement, Google/Facebook Analytics, Metrics, Audience Numbers etc)
Predictive Analytics: Studying Trends & Patterns: to benchmark NGO competition and relative metric vs Friendship numbers (Digital Dashboard: understand what is happening)
Prescriptive Analytics: Using Data to make decisions: deconstructing data to extract relevant insights specific to Friendship and propose how to use or action the learnings through a Social Media Plan
