Responsibility

  • Fund Management, Communication to Bank , Financial Institute and other GoB , financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc. to achieve NGO's short and long-term financial goals.
  • Assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently. Ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies. Develop and implement strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year. Plan and optimize shareholders' satisfaction level and develop best financial practices in the Organization.
  • Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board members with finance related information as and when required.
  • Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding the following matters:
  • Maintaining Accounts
  • Financial Reporting
  • Budget and Budgetary Control
  • Conducting Statutory or Special Audit
  • Corporate Tax and VAT Issues
  • Automation
  • Internal Control System
  • Ensure all finance reports as required by management.
  • Communication for Fund Manage from different sources :
  • Commercial Bank & Bangladesh Bank
  • Financial Institution
  • PKSF
  • Stromme Foundation
  • Anukul Foundation
  • IDCOL
  • Loan Contract/Agreement for PKSK and Non -PKSF
  • Schedule of Loan and Service Charge Payment
  • Grant Contract (Donor's)
  • Contract for Bank & Financial Institution
  • Functions with Regulatory Authority:
  • Regular Communication with Social welfare, Joint Stock Company, Microcredit Regulatory Authority
  • Committee Approval from related authority
  • Giving answer when related authority make any query
  • Prepared information for Board Meeting and AGM:
  • Annual Report
  • Business plan
  • Powerpoint Presentation of Financial Status
  • Quarterly Budget -Variance
  • Yearly Budget
  • Help for Preparation of Meeting Minutes
  • Information Preparation for Credit Rating Report & Audit Report
  • Forwading Note Sheet to particulas Authority
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • MBA (Accounting)
  • Preferred Professional Certification: CA level1
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 10 year(s)
