Responsible for selling Printer/MFP/Photocopier in Corporate Area;Visiting Potential customers for new business establishment;Set plans to meet and exceed monthly sales target;Create offer and give offer to new corporate customers as well as existing customers;Follow the sales process (visit, find lead, proposal submission, follow up, revised proposal submission (if required), purchase order collection, delivery follow up, payment follow up, payment collection, service follow up etc);Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate transport and delivery;Follow up, Recovery or Collect credit amount;Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails;Visit the Key account corporate house with service team for giving best after sale service;Continuous monitoring the high revenue customer and ensure prompt service;Carryout any other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader.
