Responsibility

  • Lead the CLM team to ensure effective team performance
  • Formulate, develop, implement and own the CLM strategy and program in order to contribute to revenue achievement, Churn control and market share
  • Conduct market studies , analysis and forecasting to generate and/or evaluate new business opportunities
  • Develop personalized digital and App offers by analyzing customers profile, values, propensity, potentiality, segments to ensure proper, instant and interactive personalized offer for every cohort
  • Proactively identify of micro-campaign, up- / cross-sell opportunities and manage campaign execution and performance
  • Manage retention programs that achieve churn and revenue improvement for customers of different cohorts
  • Explore new opportunity and end-to-end responsibility from product development till launching
  • Measure and report on all campaign results, partner with analytics on campaign targeting, offer management and reporting financial impacts on key initiatives
  • Measuring Return on Investment and Pre/Post analysis of campaign
  • Below the line communication of different customer segments based on customer behavior to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Develop upselling and cross selling strategy and implement data and voice segmented upselling and Cross selling initiatives
  • Managing campaign Roadmap and Calendar
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration/Masters in any discipline
