Responsibility

  • • Attain phone calls and transfer accordingly.
  • • Receive visitors/guest/outsider and guide them to the respective personnel as required.
  • • Received all type of documents, deliver these properly and maintain records.
  • • Despatch outgoing letters properly and maintain records.
  • • Check Telephone lines on regular basis to ensure smooth operations, raise complain to BTCL office or relevant department for rectification
  • • Keep note of all operating system of the PABX including the lock/unlock system.
  • • Keep record of all telephone numbers and update intercom list including all other sister concern.
  • • Any other activity assigned by the management time to time
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
